MultiPad VISCONTE Does the update of Windows system to Windows 10 using Windows Technical Preview program cause void of warranty?
We kindly inform you, that Technical/Consumer Preview version has not been approved for using on our devices. Problems and errors, which are caused by using non-approved software can not be reason to repair it under warranty. If it is necessary to contact the service centre, the device diagnostics and repair can be performed ONLY if there is original operating system installed on the device. Please notice, that recovering the original software version can not be performed under warranty and causes the repair costs.
MultiPad VISCONTE It is not possible to turn on Visconte tablet.
Please try to charge the device for 30 – 45 minutes and then try to turn on the device.

MultiPad VISCONTE How to connect the tablet to the external screen?
Connect the device to external screen using HDMI cable.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap on Devices.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click on Devices.)
Tap or click on Project and choose how you want to connect screen (monitor, TV..)
MultiPad VISCONTE How to change the system language?
You'll need to download the language pack if you want to make the language your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps).
1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap on Settings, and then tap on Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click on Settings, and then click on Change PC settings.)
2. Tap or click on Time and language, and then tap or click on Region and language.
3. Tap or click on a language that says Language pack available underneath, and then tap or click on Options.
4. Tap or click on Download. The download process might take a while, depending on your PC and the size of the language pack.
If you want to make this your display language, see the next section "Change your Windows display language".
MultiPad VISCONTE How to adjust screen brightness?
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen and tap on Settings,
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up and click on Settings.)
Press and hold Screen and move up or down to set level of brightness as you want.
MultiPad VISCONTE The device does not start what should I do?
It is necessary to make device diagnostics.

Write "cmd" and press enter -> write "ipconfig /all" and press enter -> Look for "Physical Address"
MultiPad VISCONTE How to perform Factory Data Reset?
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap on Settings, and then tap on Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click on Settings, and then click on Change PC settings.)
Select Update and recovery -> Recovery -> And select the way you want to recover the device.

MultiPad VISCONTE How to set up several keyboard languages of input?
You can use keyboard of languages which are added in Region and language option. It is not necessary to download language pack.
If you want add another keybord please follow these steps.
1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
2. Tap or click Time and language, and then tap or click Region and language.
3. Select Add language and select Language.
After you add the language you can select the language of keyboard using "Keyboard" symbol in lower-right corner.
