PC Magazine/Russian Edition published the results of an annual survey of Russian users of smartphones and tablet PCs.
Unlike a conventional research questionnaire, which analyses the actual characteristics and performance, this publication measured the satisfaction of users with the quality of the goods purchased after extensive use of the device, the frequency of requesting service and their willingness to recommend the purchased model to their friends.
The survey was conducted in three phases between May and November 2012 and involved gathering the views of private and corporate users of devices, cross-control and refinement of the identified trends and the calculation of the results was based on the modified scale Leuckart.
The Prestigio brand won two awards: "Tablet" and "Navigator". In the tablets category, Prestigio devices were evaluated for the first time and immediately achieved a high user rating of 4.5 points (out of a possible 5). In the category of car navigation, Prestigio attained the position of the previous year with a score of 4 points. According to the users point of view Prestigio was perceived as a manufacturer of devices with high quality and with the optimal balance of price and functionality.
