Dear customers, we are glad to announce that new firmware v1.0.19 for Prestigio Wize C3 / PSP3503DUO now is available for downloading.

As a precaution it is highly recommend to BACKUP all critical information before applying this upgrade.

Before updating make sure that the device is fully charged.

In order to update your device you can refer to:

1) OTA Update – Over The Air update.
• Connect the internet using your device;
• Go to Settings -> About Tablet -> System updates -> Check Now;
• Then accept the file for firmware for downloading;
• Follow further the instructions that pop-up on the screen.

2) Update via Personal computer
• Download from the official website firmware;
• After downloading onto your Personal Computer firmware folder, extract (decompress) all files from the archive (the folder);
• Use the user manual for update which is included to the archive;
