Dear customers, we are glad to announce that new firmware v.1.0.10 for MultiPad 4 Quantum 8.0 3G/ PMT5487_3G now is available for downloading.

As a precaution it is highly recommend that you BACKUP all critical information before applying this upgrade.

In order to update your device you can refer to:

1)      OTA Update – Over The Air update.

Before updating make sure that the device is fully charged.

OTA Instruction:

·         Connect the internet using your device;

·         Go to Settings -> About Tablet -> System updates -> Check Now;

·         Then accept the file for firmware for downloading;

·         Follow further the instructions that pop-up on the screen.

2)      Update via Personal computer.

Before updating make sure that the device is fully charged.

In order to install new Firmware version (the updated software) you can perform it as follows:

a.      Download from the official website firmware;

b.      After downloading onto your Personal Computer firmware folder, extract (decompress) all files from the archive (the folder);

c.      Use user manual for upgrading which is inserted inside the archive;
