We would strongly recommend you to BACKUP all important information before downloading this update just as a precaution.

In order to upgrade your device you can refer to:

1) OTA Update – Over The Air update.

Please make sure that the device is fully charged before updating.

OTA Instruction:

• Connect the Internet using your device;
• Go to Settings ->About Tablet -> System updates ->Check Now;
• Accept the file for firmware downloading;
• Follow the further instructions that pop-up on the screen.

2) Update via Personal computer.
