Great news! New firmware v2.0.5 for Multipad 2 Ultra DUO 8.0 3G/ PMP7280C3G is now available for downloading.

We strongly recommend you to BACKUP all important information before downloading this update just to be on the safe side.

In order to upgrade your device please proceed as follows:

1) OTA Update – Over The Air update

Please make sure that the device is fully charged before updating.

OTA Instruction:

• Connect the Internet using your device;
• Go to Settings ->About Tablet -> System updates ->Check Now;
• Accept the file for firmware downloading;
• Follow the further instructions that pop-up on the screen.

2) Update via Personal computer

Please make sure that the device is fully charged before updating.

In order to install the new firmware version (the updated software) we recommend you to:

• Download the firmware from the official website here.
• After downloading to your PC firmware folder, extract (decompress) all files from the archive (the folder);
• Ror upgrading refer to the user guide packed in the archive;
