New firmware for the Prestigio MultiPad is now available for downloading.

It is highly recommended to BACKUP all important information before upgrading.

In order to update your device please refer to:

• OTA Update – Over The Air update;
• Update via Personal computer.

Before updating make sure that the device is fully charged.

In order to install a new firmware version please proceed as follows:

1. Download the firmware from the official website

• MultiPad 2 PRO DUO 8.0 3G (v1.0.02)
• MultiPad 8.0 C3G (v2.0.9) 
• MultiPad 4 Ultra Quad 8.0 3G (v1.0.09)

2. After downloading the firmware folder onto your PC, extract (decompress) all files from the archive (the folder);

3. Use the user manual for upgrading which is included in the archive;
