New update v.1.0.09 for MultiPad 2 Pro Duo 7.0 is now available for downloading.

It is highly recommended to BACKUP all important information before updating.

Before updating make sure that the device is fully charged.

To update your device please follow these steps:

1) OTA Update – Over The Air update.

OTA Instructions:

• Connect to the Internet using your device;
• Go to Settings -> About Tablet -> System updates -> Check Now;
• Then accept the firmware file for downloading;
• Follow further instructions that pop-up on the screen.

2) Update via a Personal computer.

To install the new Firmware version (the updated software) please follow these steps:

• Download the firmware file from the official website;
• After downloading the firmware folder onto your Personal Computer, extract (decompress) all files from the archive (the folder);
• Use the user manual for upgrading which is included inside the archive;

NB! New firmware is also available via OTA and doesn’t erase user data.
