The new firmware v1.0.07 for MultiPad 4 Quantum 9.7/ PMP5297C_QUAD is now available for downloading.

We highly recommend that you BACKUP all important information prior to applying the upgrade – please note that this firmware will erase all user data! 

Update via Personal computer 

Prior to updating please make sure that the device is fully charged.

• Download firmware from the official website; 
• Extract (decompress) all files from the archive in the folder;
• Choose the user manual included in the archive in order to proceed with the upgrade.
